These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://maaloo.store (the "Website"), operated by KINGGM LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products
We offer apparel and intimate apparel, textile goods, cosmetic and personal care products, and related lifestyle products.
All product descriptions, images, measurements, ingredient lists, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Sizing may vary between product lines and between manufacturers. Minor variations in color, texture, measurement, trim, scent, and packaging between the product images and the item delivered are normal and do not constitute a defect.
We do not guarantee that colors or shades displayed on your screen will accurately reflect the physical product, as reproduction varies between devices.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, assortment, and availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Product Claims, Safety, and Intended Use

B. Safe Use

C. Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact us at info@maaloo.store with your order number and details. Seek medical attention if symptoms are severe. Reporting a reaction to us does not replace medical advice.
D. Individual Results
Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of any particular result, and any before-and-after images, customer reviews, or testimonials shown on the Website reflect individual experiences only and are not a promise of comparable outcomes.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part
- Limit order quantities per customer, household, or address
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale, or unauthorized activity
- Cancel orders where a product is unavailable
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the product is shipped. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Pricing, Errors & Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Pricing errors: Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. In such cases we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We accept payment through third-party providers including:
- Shopify Payments
- PayPal
- Klarna (including via service partners such as Airwallex)
- Afterpay (where available)
Payment information is processed securely by these providers. We do not store full payment credentials. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including taxes and shipping.
Buy-now-pay-later purchases are additionally subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes, promotional offers, and free shipping thresholds are valid only for the period and under the conditions stated at the time of the offer. Unless expressly stated, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion and to cancel orders where a code has been used in breach of its terms.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Our Shipping Policy is published separately on the Website and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Products may be shipped from fulfillment or supplier partners located within or outside the United States. Processing and delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delays caused by international logistics. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
8. Returns & Refunds

Products classified as hygiene items — including intimate apparel and other garments worn against the skin, body-worn accessories, and cosmetic and personal care products — are subject to restricted return conditions set out in that policy. Items supplied in sealed or hygienic packaging cannot be returned once that seal has been broken or the product has been used. By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and accept those restrictions.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@maaloo.store of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
10. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Provide transaction records, delivery proof, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor
- Dispute the chargeback
- Recover associated fees where permitted by law
- Restrict or refuse future orders
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, labor actions, carrier or customs disruption, supply chain failures, war, epidemics, or government action.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KINGGM LLC regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
25. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
