This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the shipping and delivery of orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, holidays, and promotional events. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Customs clearance, for items shipped from outside the United States
  • Carrier delays
  • Local postal service performance

If we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of your purchase, we will notify you and you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund.

3. Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment and supplier partners, which may be located within or outside the United States. Shipping origin may differ between products and is not selectable at checkout.

4. Restricted and Regulated Products

Depending on their ingredients, contents, or packaging, certain products may be classified as restricted or regulated goods by carriers, postal services, and aviation authorities.

Where this applies, an item may be subject to:

  • Ground shipping only, resulting in longer delivery times
  • Restrictions on delivery to certain destinations, including some international destinations, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories
  • Quantity limits per shipment

If a restricted item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you and refund that item.

5. International Shipping

We may ship to selected destinations outside the United States. Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by local authorities.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at info@maaloo.store and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation where possible.

8. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations and may arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. No additional shipping charge applies for split shipments.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, global supply chain issues, labor actions, or other force majeure events.

11. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of refusal by the recipient, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

12. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping thresholds or promotional shipping offers apply only as stated at the time of the offer.
